What to expect
As a new patient the first time you walk through our clinic door, our priority is to really get to know you and get to the heart of what you’re hoping to achieve from treatment. We have set out to create a relaxed and safe space for you to talk about whatever may be bothering you and discuss the areas that you would like to address.
1.Prior to Arrival
Prior to arrival, we’ll request you to complete some forms to ensure we have a comprehensive understanding for your medical history, prioritising your wellbeing and safety.
2.Assesment
After thoroughly understanding your concerns, we’ll conduct an assessment which may include facial photographs or scans, with your consent.
Following your assessment, we’ll discuss recommendations and provide you with a written treatment plan, including options and costs, sent via email.
3.Consultation
The consultation is the perfect opportunity for you to ask any questions or share concerns that you may have about aesthetic medicine and specific treatments.
4.Questions and concerns
From enquiries about treatment duration to concerns about discomfort or downtime, no question is deemed trivial. It’s crucial that you feel empowered with knowledge and confidence in your decisions.
